Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca
Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport, your private driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, one of Casablanca’s most recognizable landmarks, beautifully located beside the Atlantic Ocean. You may also enjoy a panoramic drive along the Corniche before checking into your accommodation. Overnight in Casablanca.
Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen
After breakfast, depart Casablanca and travel to Rabat, Morocco’s capital and one of its four Imperial Cities. Your visit may include: Hassan Tower Mausoleum of Mohammed V Kasbah of the Udayas Royal Palace exterior Rabat Medina Atlantic coastline After exploring Rabat, continue north through changing landscapes and the beautiful Rif Mountains. Arrive in Chefchaouen, famous for its peaceful atmosphere and blue-painted streets. Enjoy free time to walk through the Medina, visit Outa El Hammam Square, and discover local artisan shops. Overnight in Chefchaouen.
Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
After breakfast, enjoy some additional free time in Chefchaouen before traveling towards Fes. Stop at Volubilis, Morocco’s most important Roman archaeological site. Explore the ancient ruins, mosaics, columns, and remains of Roman houses. Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s historic Imperial Cities. Depending on the available time, visit: Bab Mansour El Hedim Square Moulay Ismail Mausoleum Royal Granaries Historic Medina Later, continue to Fes and check into your traditional riad. Overnight in Fes.
Day 4: Guided Tour of Fes
After breakfast, meet your official local guide and begin a full-day tour of Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital. Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Luxury Camp
After breakfast, depart Fes and travel south through the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” because of its Alpine-style architecture and mountain atmosphere. Continue to the Cedar Forest near Azrou, where you may see native Barbary macaques living among the cedar trees. After lunch in Midelt, travel through mountain landscapes, the Ziz Gorge, and the palm-filled Ziz Valley. Stop at a panoramic viewpoint before continuing to Merzouga. Upon arrival, meet your camel guide and begin your camel trek across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. Stop on the dunes to admire the Sahara sunset before continuing to Merzouga Luxury Camp. Day 6: Merzouga Desert Tour – Nomads – Khamlia – Merzouga
Wake up early to admire the sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After breakfast, return from the camp by camel or private 4×4 and begin your desert excursion around Merzouga. The private 4×4 tour may include: Visit to a nomadic Berber family Panoramic viewpoints over the Erg Chebbi dunes M’Fis abandoned mining village Seasonal desert lake, when water is available Khamlia village Traditional Gnawa music performance Fossil areas Local desert villages Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant or with a Berber family, depending on the selected program. In the afternoon, relax at your accommodation or choose an optional quad-bike or buggy excursion. Dinner and overnight in Merzouga.
Day 7: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
After breakfast, leave Merzouga and travel to Rissani, a historic desert town that once served as an important caravan trading center. When the traditional market is open, enjoy time to explore its different sections selling dates, spices, clothing, crafts, animals, and local products. Continue through Erfoud, Touroug, and Tinjdad before reaching Tinghir. Admire the palm-filled Tinghir Oasis and continue to the spectacular Todra Gorge. Enjoy free time to walk beside the river between the towering canyon walls. Later, travel through traditional Berber villages towards the beautiful Dades Valley. Stop at panoramic viewpoints and see the unusual rock formations known as the Monkey Fingers. Dinner and overnight in Dades Valley.
Day 8: Dades Valley – Roses Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast, travel along the famous Road of One Thousand Kasbahs. Pass through the Roses Valley, known for its rose gardens, rosewater, and traditional cosmetic products. Continue to Skoura Oasis, famous for its palm groves, old kasbahs, and traditional villages. Travel through Ouarzazate, often called the “Gateway to the Desert,” before continuing to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Enjoy time to explore this UNESCO-listed fortified village, walk through its ancient alleys, and admire the panoramic views from the upper part of the kasbah. In the afternoon, cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Arrive in Marrakech during the evening. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 9: Guided Tour of Marrakech and Departure
After breakfast, meet your official local guide and begin exploring Marrakech, Morocco’s famous Red City.
